I enjoyed watching " Carol Dweck TED Talk, "The Power of Believing That You Can Improve". The video helped me think about how our school system does have a flaw. I like the concept of "not yet" because the phrase "not yet" still gives an individual some hope that they can still learn. Rather than telling an individual, "you fail". I agree with Carol when she mentions that we shouldn't cheat ourselves by always celebrating the fact that we got a good grade because of knowledge we already have on a certain subject.
