Feedback Strategies

I really enjoyed the Presence, Not Praise article! What caught my attention was when Grosz, talked about the negative reactions children can have to having too much praise. Some children may not perform as well after the praise or respond to the praise by quitting. I believe presence does boost the confidence of children because it shows someone cares. In absence children seem to loose focus and also not perform as well.

The link to How to Craft Constructive Feedback is informative because it gives an outline to how to give constructive criticism . Observe, Describe, Suggest is a logical way to give criticism. It is important to always describe how and article or reading made you feel because that will help the Author know if they were successful at how they wanted to protray their story.
